In-Stock Items

• All in-stock items are typically ready for collection within 12 hours of your order being placed.

• You will receive a notification once your order is ready for collection.

Backorder Items

• If an item is on backorder, please allow 2–7 business days for it to become available for collection.

• We will contact you as soon as your order is ready.

Mixed Orders

• Orders containing both in-stock and backorder items may be held until all items are available, unless otherwise arranged.

If you require your order urgently, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to assist.

Returns & Store Credit

• Due to hygiene reasons, grip socks cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once opened, worn, or used.

• We are happy to offer a store credit or exchange for unused and unopened grip socks within 7 days of purchase, provided proof of purchase is supplied.

• Returned items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

• We will assess the issue and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.
